The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) was awarded a contract by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide needed technical assistance to optimize the effective and efficient operation of proposed health insurance expansion programs for grantees of the State Health Access Program (SHAP). The SHAP grantee states include: Colorado, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
